Relax and Unwind
Within the 1.5 acres of the property, you will find lots of outdoor areas to eat, work, sleep or relax at Villa Eleftheria to truly enjoy our magnificent scenery at different times of the day. Large feature patios and the stone courtyard complete with Weber gas BBQ make Al Fresco dining part of the outdoor living experience.
In addition to the pool, a boules court, table tennis and fitness equipment are available for our guests’ use.
Villa Eleftheria is surrounded by its own extensive mature olive groves, encircling the walled landscaped areas of the herb and citrus gardens.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the fruits of the garden in season - oranges, lemons, grapefruit, bergamot, apricot, fig, pomegranate, grape, almond - and fresh herbs: rosemary, thyme, oregano, sage, chamomile…
There is also a large private off-road parking area for several cars.

Chill by the Pool
A recent addition to the property, a fantastic fully tiled private 8m x 5m infinity pool area with 2m x 2m aquatic bench and feature jaccuzzi is available for exclusive use by our guests. Suitable for all ages, our younger guests will enjoy playing on the aquatic bench, and with 120cm depth in the shallow end receding to 175cm confident swimmers will enjoy a few lengths.
Directly accessible from the villa in a sheltered spot with beautiful views, the pool is equipped with 8 sunloungers and additional lounge seating.

Make Memories
The village of Lakithra is a short walk from the villa and is central to the Livathos region: the ideal base from which to explore our beautiful island paradise of Kefalonia. Less than 10 minutes from the airport, Argostoli and the golden sandy beaches for which the coastline of Livathos is famous.
Lakithra itself benefits from many restaurants, minimarket, bakery, pastry shop and cocktail bars, all a short walk away. Further afield, there are many restaurants to choose from just a short 5 or 10 minute drive away.
